GENERAL■ By confirming your slot for a commission, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions below on this page.■ The purchase is strictly digital and will be provided through either a google drive link or email (whichever is preferable for the client).■ If the client has an upcoming slot, and does not respond within 7 days after the artist has reached out to them regarding their commission, their slot will automatically be cancelled. Repeated behaviour of ghosting will automatically allow the potential client to be personally blacklisted.■ Please indicate whether you want a specific deadline for your commission. Clients should inform the artist about their preferred schedule.■ Please indicate whether you want the artwork to be kept private, I have full rights to post the commission on any of my social media platforms unless specified otherwise.

COMMISSION PROCESS AND REVISIONS◇ The commission may take anywhere between a week to more than a month depending on the details needed for the piece.◇ On average, simpler commission types (ie. sketch pieces) will only require one to two weeks, while fully rendered pieces may take up to a month. Complex commission types where there are multiple subjects in a single piece (ie. concept spreads) take up to two months on average.◇ There will be two revisions in total: the sketch/draft stage, and the colouring stage.◇ Revision fees will be charged at £15 per alteration if any changes are to be made after a client has already confirmed the details after the colouring stage.

REGARDING PAYMENT AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY■ Commercial use are usually double the original price, but detail fees may still vary and the total price will depend on the intentions of usage.■ Full payment is required right before I start drafting, and the client will have 5 days to pay in order for the commission to proceed. (PAYPAL only)■ Under no circumstances should the client initiate any form of payment for their commission on Paypal before the artist asks. If the client would like to pay in advance before their commission has started, please inform the artist first.■ Additional charges may be added and can vary depending on the detail of the commission. The client will be informed during the early stages of communication. As mentioned before, revision fees will be charged if any changes are to be made after the client has already confirmed the details after the colouring stage.■ No full refunds are allowed after the commission has already started. The client may receive partial refunds depending on the progress of the commission. If you wish to apply for refund, please discuss with the artist in order to agree on the amount.■ Do not initiate chargeback on Paypal at any given point. If the client is not eligible for a refund and initiates one, they automatically lose all before-mentioned rights to the commission, and the artist may cancel the chargeback and further profit from it. If necessary, the artist will be supplying the platform (Vgen) with proof of the commission process.■ If there are only minimal descriptions/references for an original design, additional fees may apply on top of the existing detail fees.

AS A COMMISSIONER◇ The client may use the product for personal uses only and not profit from said commission.◇ The client may repost the commission onto their social media with proper credits given (links and tagging are appreiciated but not necessary as long as the watermark is visible).◇ The client may NOT use the commission for personal profit, including reproduction and reprinting for selling.◇ The client may NOT use the commissioned work for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any form of blockchains.◇ Any form of AI learning or uploading my work to AI websites is strictly forbidden.◇ Do not trace, edit, alter or claim the commission as your own work in anyway. This includes uploading the commission into your own personal portfolio.◇ If the client has a specific deadline they have in mind, they need to inform the artist before payment is confirmed, as there may be rush fees involved.

ARTIST■ The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork on their social media account, and can use them as samples on their portfolios. If you prefer to have your purchased work hidden, please inform the artist beforehand.■ The artist reserves the right to post their progress of the commission, unless previously stated otherwise.■ The artist reserves the right to decline any requests or persons they are not comfortable working with.■ The artist reserves the right to cancel the project and give a full refund if they are no longer able to work on the commission for any reason.■ The artist reserves the right to work at the pace they are comfortable with. Each commission type will require different amounts of attention to detail, and therefore the waiting time can last anywhere between a week to (on average) a month. Some more detailed artworks may take two months maximum.
